TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated September 2026
Welcome to the online terms of service of AHD Cleaning Services Detail In Everything LLC, the company behind the AHDDetail cleaning and detailing brand. By requesting a quote, booking a cleaning visit, paying for a service, or otherwise using the website at www.ahddetail.hair, you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this document.
Please read these terms carefully before you book. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may choose not to use our services. Where a term uses language such as we, us, our or the company, it means AHD Cleaning Services Detail In Everything LLC with its depot at 3859 W Sugar Beet Dr, West Valley - 84120-3369, United States (US). Where it uses you or customer, it means the person or organization that requests or receives the service.
AHDDetail provides professional residential and commercial cleaning and detailing services. These include but are not limited to residential deep cleaning, commercial and office janitorial programmes, move-in and move-out cleaning, carpet and upholstery care, and window and glass detailing. Every service is delivered by a trained crew using the supplies, equipment and checklist methods that match the specific task.
Because every home and office is different, a written quote prepared by our estimator confirms the precise scope of work for each visit. The description in that quote, together with these terms, forms the basis of our agreement. Services that are not listed in the confirmed quote are outside the agreed scope and are not included automatically.
When you request a quote, we may ask you to describe the rooms and areas to be cleaned, the condition of the space and any special requirements. Based on that information we provide a written estimate of the price and the time our crew expects to spend on site. A quote is an invitation to book and does not create a binding obligation until you confirm the visit and we accept it.
A booking becomes confirmed when we agree a date and time window and, where required, you provide payment or schedule confirmation details. We will send you a confirmation by email or text with the agreed date, arrival window and scope summary. If the information you provide turns out to be significantly different from the actual condition of the property, we may need to adjust the quote, and we will always tell you before any additional charge is applied.
Prices for our services are quoted in United States dollars. The price shown in your confirmed quote is the price you pay, unless the scope of work changes, the property is substantially more cluttered or stained than described, or unrestricted access issues delay the work. Where the actual condition of a space takes the task well beyond the original estimate, we will contact you to agree on the revised price before continuing.
Payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice, typically at completion of the visit or on an agreed schedule for recurring commercial accounts. We accept payment by the methods shown on our invoice, such as card, approved digital methods or as otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices that remain unpaid beyond their due date may be subject to follow-up, and repeated non-payment may result in suspension of recurring service as described below. Calls to our office can be made at +15855646297 if you need help understanding an invoice.
To perform the agreed cleaning, our crew needs safe and lawful access to the areas covered by the quote during the confirmed window. Please make sure the relevant areas are reachable, that any alarm systems are disarmed to allow our work, and that you or an authorised person can be reached by phone in case the crew has a question on arrival.
Before a deep clean or move-out clean, small items such as loose papers, breakable ornaments and personal valuables should be removed from countertops, shelves and floors so the crew can work freely without risk to your belongings. We will take care of the surfaces we clean, but the first step of a safe, thorough detail is a space that is reasonably cleared of items that do not need cleaning. If an area is unreachable or uncleared at the time of the visit, the crew may need to note the limitation and move on, and a follow-up visit may be required to finish that section.
Please secure pets during a cleaning visit. Friendly dogs and cats can become anxious around vacuum cleaners, buckets and moving staff, and open doors create a risk that they may slip outside. For the safety of your pet and our crew, pets should be contained in a room that is not being cleaned, safely outside the property, or otherwise managed by you during the appointment.
Please tell us about any hazardous conditions in advance. This includes sharp debris, hazardous spillage, pest issues, black mould you are aware of, or any structural area that is not safe to stand near. Information about allergies to cleaning products is also important so we can select appropriate supplies. Specialist treatments, large-scale biohazard work or severe pest remediation are outside our standard deep cleaning scope, and we will refer those situations to an appropriate specialist where needed. We ask that you keep cash, small jewellery, important documents and other valuables secure and out of the work areas during every visit.
The health and safety of our crew, your family and your property is our first concern. Our teams follow documented procedures for handling chemical products, operating machinery and working at height on items such as step ladders during window and upper-surface cleaning. We carry appropriate insurance for the work we undertake.
You agree to provide a reasonably safe working environment and to let us know about risks you are aware of before work begins. If a crew member judges a condition to be unsafe or outside the agreed scope, they may pause that part of the task and discuss next steps with you rather than proceed in a way that could cause injury or damage. Details of our safety programme and our point of contact for any on-site concern will be confirmed before your first visit.
We stand behind the quality of the work described in your confirmed quote. Each visit follows a detailed room check with clear completion points, so you and the crew share the same understanding of what a finished room looks like. When the crew finishes, we invite you to walk the cleaned areas and point out anything that does not meet the agreed standard.
If you identify an issue within a reasonable time after the visit, we will return to correct it at no additional charge, subject to the conditions in the rescheduling section below. This quality promise applies to areas that were part of the agreed scope and that were cleanable under the conditions we discussed. It does not cover permanent stains or damage that pre-existed the visit, nor conditions that were not described to us in advance.
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule a confirmed visit, please let us know as far in advance as you can so we can release the crew time to another customer. We will move your appointment to a new mutually agreed slot wherever possible without any rescheduling fee if you give reasonable notice.
If our crew arrives and a property is not accessible, the scope was not prepared as agreed, or the customer is not present, the visit may be treated as a missed appointment and a cancellation or revisit charge may apply. Missed appointment charges reflect the real cost of crew travel and reserved time. We will always tell you about any such charge before applying it to your account.
So that our bookkeeping stays fair and clear to every customer, detail notes from each visit are recorded in a cleaning diary that lists the rooms completed, the time spent and any follow-up agreed. If you subscribe to a recurring service, this diary also shows the visit dates and the items detailed on each visit so there is a clear shared record of what has been done.
Because scope can drift if it is left informal, our diary serves as the reference point for pricing, revisit entitlement and the agreed programme. Whenever the scope recorded in a quote or diary differs from a generic description of a service, the recorded scope takes precedence for that visit. Any work you request on the day that falls outside the recorded scope is a new task, and we will quote for it separately before carrying it out.
We take great care with your property, and we stand behind our work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a single service visit is limited to the amount you actually paid for that visit. This limit applies whether the claim is based on contract, negligence or any other basis, and it does not exclude liability we cannot lawfully exclude.
We are not liable for losses that result from causes beyond our reasonable control, such as pre-existing damage, structural faults, substandard surfaces that fail during cleaning, damage to items you did not mention as delicate, or losses arising from acts of a third party. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under laws that cannot be waived by agreement. Where damage occurs through our fault, we will, at our option, repair, replace or fairly compensate the affected item, subject to the overall limit above.
We warrant that our crews are trained for the services confirmed in your quote, that the products they use are appropriate for the surfaces they clean, and that the completed work will match the agreed scope and standard described in section eight. We will use reasonable skill and care in everything we do on your property.
We provide our website and online booking tools on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that the website will always be available, that it is free from errors, or that it is completely free of malicious code. We try hard to make the site reliable, but you use it at your own risk and should keep your own backups of anything you enter through online forms.
Our crew brings the professional equipment and supplies needed for the confirmed service, including vacuums, extraction units, squeegees, buckets, mops and appropriate cleaning chemistry. Our standard service does not include the heavy dismantling of built-in units, the moving of unusually large or delicate furniture without prior agreement, or the relocation of items that require specialist handling.
If a piece of furniture must be moved to clean a floor or carpet behind it, and it is within safe weight limits, we will move it as part of the visit where you have told us. For safety, we will not move heavy items such as large wardrobes, grand pianos or very large appliances; we will clean around them or ask you to arrange their movement in advance. Documentation of fragile furniture or materials is your responsibility to flag to the crew before we begin.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify AHD Cleaning Services Detail In Everything LLC and its officers, employees and crews from and against any third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses that arise out of the use of this website, or out of the property conditions and information that you provide to us, where such claims do not arise from our own negligence or breach of these terms.
This indemnity is intended to cover situations such as inaccurate information that leads a crew into a risky situation, unauthorised use of the website, or a claim that only you could have prevented by providing accurate preparation information. This clause does not limit any rights you have as a consumer and does not apply to claims for which we bear responsibility under the law.
Either party may end a one-off booking before it begins by giving reasonable notice to the other, subject to any cancellation terms we have agreed or that apply under a specific promotional offer. For recurring commercial or residential programmes, either party may end the arrangement by giving the notice period stated in the written agreement, typically at least a few business days, unless we agree otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate service if you fail to pay amounts due, if you repeatedly provide false information about a property, if a site is unsafe for our crew, or if you act abusively toward our staff. If we suspend a recurring service for non-payment, we will give you clear written notice of the amount due and the steps needed to restore service before the suspension takes effect, in line with any law that applies.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
